Newborn Must-Have: Ubbi Diaper Pail Review

A few things are for sure with a newborn, along with instantly falling in love with your precious bundle you'll also be awake at all hours of the night, get spit up on constantly, and you'll change A LOT of diapers. Oh, the diapers! Dirty diapers are a constant and for that you should be as prepared as possible.

Enter the Ubbi diaper pail, the knight in shining armor of diaper pails. In my opinion a total nursery essential and must-have item for parents of a newborn. This sleek, modern powder-coated steel diaper pail has great odor control, a sliding lid to minimize (stinky) air disruption (so genius!) and my favorite part-- uses any trash bag as a liner! So convenient and money-saving, something every parent loves. I can't even tell you how much money we spent on liners for a regular plastic diaper pail with our first son, for at least 2 years, it adds up! I love that we get an awesome value out of being able to use our 13-gallon trash bags that we purchase in bulk for use through out our home, with the Ubbi.

Using the Ubbi diaper pail is so easy, the lid slides open and closed (it also has a child-proof lock for our curios toddler) and when it's time to empty the main hatch opens easily to access the liner that is held in place inside by a loop which the bag goes through and over. Don't let the sleek and compact appearance fool you, it is able to contain a lot of diapers and a lot of smell, it's amazing! I have not sensed any bad smells from it at all, which is important since we co-room.

I love the modern look of it and how it coordinates in our bedroom. It comes in a lot of other fun colors too. Shop it on Amazon or add it to your baby registry along with your favorite Mama & Little teething jewelry

I only partner with and review products that I believe in and find useful in my daily life and recommend to other parents. Product was provided in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.
